Hamish H.W. Ledingham, a graduate of EHL’s class of 1968, enjoyed a long and illustrious career.
He was planning to do his last internship in Bermuda but, as fate would have it, he landed in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) where he worked for Sun, a hotel group. During this experience, he developed F&B skills, an area he liked from the outset.
The following year, he married Valérie, a young Englishwoman he met in Lausanne where she was an au-pair.
Hamish worked in hospitality and flight catering, in particular for CaterCraft for 10 years.
